Jenny has been a Building Surveyor for 18 years. Having previously been a Mechanical Engineer Jenny moved into being an Insurance Surveyor but with seeing so many people distressed by poor workmanship she felt helpless. She then moved into Building Control with a passion to make sure buildings were constructed properly.

When an opportunity came up to work for the MoJ she jumped at the chance to write standards.

Now putting all that knowledge into making sure you can make an informed decision when buying a property.

Graham also has worked in administration since 2004. With a passion for ensuring everything is done properly Graham goes that extra mile to provide customer service.

Having previously worked for the Citizens Advice Bureau, Graham likes to help solve problems and takes pride in good customer service.
