Meet the Team
We are a small but friendly team. We aim to provide your finished report within three working days which is much faster than other companies. How can we work so much quicker? We are a multi skilled team so there is no heavy back office work to produce the reports. The surveyor who surveyed the property writes the report, simple as that.

Jenny has been a Building Surveyor for 18 years. Having previously been a Mechanical Engineer Jenny moved into being an Insurance Surveyor but with seeing so many people distressed by poor workmanship she felt helpless. She then moved into Building Control with a passion to make sure buildings were constructed properly.
When an opportunity came up to work for the MoJ she jumped at the chance to write standards.
Now putting all that knowledge into making sure you can make an informed decision when buying a property.
