Residential Surveyor
Are you seeking a role in the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire, Tyne and Wear or, Durham area with a family friendly independent RICS regulated practice who can offer fantastic packages, genuine career progression to Director level? If so, then this role could be for you.
We are actively recruiting for Residential Surveyors around the country who have experience carrying out a range of different survey work to include RICS level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys and to keep it interesting, some bespoke inspection and advice reports.
We focus on offering a quality service with jargon free reports and clear advice. Due to growing demand we are keen to speak to suitable candidate as soon as possible. The Residential Surveyor duties will include:
• Conducting and reporting on Level 2 and 3 RICS Homebuyer reports.
• Assisting with providing additional private work for the practice.
The successful Residential Surveyor will have:
• Minimum of AssocRICS, ideally MRICS/FRICS or MCIOB or MCABE
• 2 years relevant and recent post qualification experience.
• Local knowledge of their area.
In return, we are offering a basic of £35,000 for AssocRICS and up to £45,000 basic plus bonuses and overtime for the right candidate depending on experience. We are also offering a £350pcm car allowance, current government recommended mileage and a very attractive bonus structure as well as ongoing training and CPD support.
